Creating and Maintaining Healthy Relationships |
John & Jean Muir |
The Muirs have been Stake Coordinators and teachers of Marriage and Relationship courses for almost twenty years in stakes in California and Utah. They have four children and five grandchildren. John has been the CEO of several innovative technology companies and Jean has taught children with learning disabilities. |

Eyeglasses for Service | Glenn & Elisabeth Bingham | The Binghams have been involved in international humanitarian service programs for more than twenty years. In addition to founding the Humanitarian XP program (www.humanitarianxp.org) for teens, in 2002 they setup the Ashby Foundation in Cape Verde, West Africa. It was focused on helping with education and employment. Over its seventeen year history, the foundation was responsible for organizing hundreds of thousands of hours of community service among the local people. It focused on providing programs that were sustainable by teaching and coaching the people on how to improve their own lives. | ||||
Medical Assistance |
Bob & Geri Rhodes | The Rhodes have been involved providing humanitarian medical assistance for many years all around the world. Dr. Rhodes is a renown plastic surgeon and has trained and performed reconstructive surgery on hundreds of cases for children in Central and South America. Geri teaches voice and piano and is President of the Southern Utah Heritage Choir. They have eight daughters. The Rhodes are available to help make arrangements and coach medical professionals that would like to share their expertise through health related programs in the AEA locations. |

Self-Reliance Training |
Joe & Georgia Lee Merino | The Merinos have bountiful experience in all things self-reliance. During their lives raising seven children they have been been involved in nearly every aspect of self-reliance. They loved building their own home, raising their own food and founding a successful environmental consulting business. Joe is an veteran ecologist with teaching experience at various universities. He holds a PhD in biology from UC Berkeley. Georgia Lee's career was in healthcare and she is an avid gardener. They have been involved in service projects throughout Central America and Caribbean. |
